6 biological sisters at a rare age

In Hung Thinh commune (Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province), there is a special family known by many people because they have a very complete word "Longevity".

That special family consists of 6 biological sisters who have all reached a rare age: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoet (86 years old), Mrs. Nguyen Van Luoc (83 years old), Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh (80 years old), Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chung (76 years old), Mrs. Nguyen Thi Sen (74 years old) and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich (72 years old). Only Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich got married in Hung Khanh commune (Hung Nguyen district), the remaining 5 sisters are currently living with their children and grandchildren in their hometown commune.
Coming from a poor farming family, growing up, they were all attached to the fields and gardens. During the years of war against the French and the Americans, they and their families actively participated in patriotic movements to serve the local revolution. In recognition of their contributions, the Party and the State awarded the Third Class Anti-American Resistance Medal to Nguyen Thi Ngoet; the First Class Anti-American Resistance Medal to Nguyen Van Luoc; the Second Class Anti-American Resistance Medal to Nguyen Thi Thanh and many other Medals and Orders to their families.
In particular, Mr. Nguyen Van Luoc was a revolutionary cadre who held many different positions such as: Deputy Police Chief of Phuc-Thinh-My region (now 3 communes Hung Phuc, Hung Thinh, Hung My); Commune Team Leader of Hung Thinh commune; Party Secretary of Hung Thinh commune;... Up to now, Mr. Luoc has been in the Party for 58 years and is still in quite good health.
Among the six sisters, there are Ms. Luoc, Ms. Thanh and Ms. Sen who are still "married" with their spouses. The whole village knows their family for their gentle, frugal, and affectionate lifestyle. Ms. Luoc's family is mentioned by the whole region for their kind and compassionate hearts. When the two sisters first got married, although life was very difficult and miserable, when they saw a newborn baby abandoned in a field near their home, they took her in and loved her like their own blood. To date, that lucky girl is 56 years old and has become a grandmother.
Despite their advanced age, all the elders are still clear-minded and can still help their children and grandchildren with light housework. This is truly precious, because they are the tall trees with the biggest shade. Their longevity is truly a precious asset to the family and society!
