On February 11, the number of calls and messages reflecting traffic safety and order situation to the hotline of the National Traffic Safety Committee increased compared to previous days.

Specifically, there were 35 calls and 7 messages from people to the hotline reporting on the situation of arbitrary ticket price increases, overcrowding, and many flight delays at Vinh airport.

After receiving the information, the National Traffic Safety Committee requested relevant units to thoroughly inspect and handle the content of the reflected information.

From the afternoon of February 11 to the morning of February 12, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the density of vehicles participating was low, traffic was smooth. However, traffic jams occurred on roads near temples and pagodas in Hanoi, typically Ngoc Son Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, and Tay Ho Palace. The reason was that the density of people and vehicles pouring into these areas was very high.

In addition, the encroachment of sidewalks and roads to make parking lots makes traffic in these areas chaotic.

In Hanoi, although the Huong Pagoda festival (Huong Son commune, My Duc district, Hanoi) only opened on February 13, tens of thousands of people flocked to visit and worship here since the afternoon of February 12. Due to the large number of people, the road leading to the Huong Pagoda area was congested for kilometers./.
