60 victims denounce job "running" ring

(Baonghean.vn) -As reported, Bui Xuan Lam - former Deputy Director of Nghe An Province Cultural Center has just been arrested for fraud, receiving money from victims to get a job but failed.

By the evening of February 14, 2011, there were 60 complaints from victims in Nghe An and Ha Tinh accusing Bui Xuan Lam of receiving money for getting jobs but not paying, an increase of 27 complaints compared to February 13, 2011. The amount of money that the victims accused has not yet been counted, estimated at over 5 billion VND, of which the most was Mr. Pham Dinh T (Nghi Lien - Nghi Loc) who gave Lam 600 million VND for getting jobs.
