This year,high school graduation exam 2021will take place in 2 phases, phase 1 from July 7-8, 2021; phase 2 for candidates who cannot attend the exam on July 7 and 8 due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Specifically, localities have screened candidates into groups F0, F1, F2 to have solutions suitable to local realities. Examination Councils have prepared backup exam locations and backup exam rooms to be ready to respond to unusual situations if any.

In particular, localities have deployed synchronous solutions to ensure epidemic prevention such as: disinfecting exam sites, providing masks, antiseptic water, hand soap, etc. at exam sites and exam rooms.

Each testing site has a medical staff on duty. Local authorities also provide information and guidance to limit large gatherings in testing areas.

Candidates who are unable to take the first round of exams due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic will be allowed to take the second round. The time for the second round of exams will be agreed upon by the Ministry of Education and Training based on proposals from localities and the actual situation of the epidemic. The Ministry of Education and Training said that it will ensure fairness and benefits for candidates between exam rounds, especially benefits in university and college admissions. Therefore, candidates and parents can rest assured and not worry too much.

From now until the exam takes place, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that localities continue to closely monitor the epidemic situation, continuously update information on officials, teachers participating in the exam and candidates.
