7 groups of people will have their pensions increased
The Government has just issued a decree adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances for retired commune officials. Specifically, adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances for the following 7 groups of subjects:
- Cadres, civil servants, workers, public employees and laborers; soldiers, police officers and people working in key positions who are receiving monthly pensions.
- Commune, ward and town officials specified in Decree 92/2009, Decree 121/2003 and Decree 09/1998 are receiving monthly pensions and allowances.
- People receiving monthly allowances for loss of working capacity according to the provisions of law; people receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg, Decision 613/QD-TTg; rubber workers receiving monthly allowances.
- Commune, ward and town officials are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 130/CP dated June 20, 1975 of the Government Council and Decision No. 111-HDBT dated October 13, 1981 of the Council of Ministers.
- Soldiers receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 142/2008 and Decision 38/2010 of the Prime Minister.
- People's police are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 53/2010 of the Prime Minister.
- Military personnel, people's police, and people working in secretarial work receive salaries similar to those of military personnel and people's police who are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 62/2011 of the Prime Minister. The above groups of subjects will receive an additional 9.6% increase in pensions, social insurance allowances, and monthly allowances from July 1, 2013.
The Decree takes effect from September 1, 2013.
