(Baonghean.vn) - According to the report of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, over 75% of agencies and units in the province use shared software in management and operation to perform tasks.

Of which, 39 units use M-office software, 06 units use E-Office software, 06 units use i-DOC software, 01 unit uses BO software, 07 units use software according to industry regulations.

Nghe An is also implementing a digital signature application model. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to direct the Information Technology and Communications Center to install the GCA-01 toolkit and digital signature software for 4 pilot units. The plan in 2016 is to deploy the application simultaneously at state agencies in the province. Using digital signatures will gradually replace the mandatory sending of paper documents.

The province continues to build public administrative services on the internet environment to improve the quality of administrative procedures for people and businesses. The Provincial People's Committee directs agencies and units to build, complete and put into operation. In addition to the units that have provided 8 level 3 public services, currently, Nghe An Tax Department has provided level 4 public services on tax declaration and tax payment of the General Department of Taxation. Nghe An Customs Department has deployed level 3 public services integrated into the Electronic Information Portal. Vinh City People's Committee has provided 7 level 3 online public services.
