75 million VND to support house construction for poor households in Yen Thanh

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 31, the CommitteeYen Thanh District Fatherland Front in coordination withThe District Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development organized a donation of 75 million VND to build charity houses for poor households.

Presented 30 million VND in support to the family of Mr. Vu Van Tieu, in Hop Thanh commune.

The family receiving this support is Mr. Vu Van Tieu, in Dinh Phung hamlet, Hop Thanh commune, a poor household facing housing difficulties. After 3 months of urgent construction, the solid level 4 house with a usable area of ​​72 m2 was completed on schedule, supported by 30 million VND from Yen Thanh Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, helping the family have a stable place to live. Previously, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh's family, in Dong Thap hamlet, Vinh Thanh commune, also received 30 million VND in support.build a house;

On this occasion, the delegation also awarded 30 scholarships to poor students who overcame difficulties to study well at Phan Dang Luu High School and Yen Thanh 2 High School with a total amount of 15 million VND.

The above amount was donated by officers and employees of Yen Thanh Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and support, helping poor households to escape poverty sustainably, contributing to the implementation of social security policies in the area.
