Implementing the plan of coordination, on the morning of August 1, Bao Viet Life North Nghe An Company coordinated with Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television to organize the donation of money to support poor households to build houses in Hai Chau Commune, Nghe An. The total amount of support is 60 million VND.
The household receiving support to rebuild their house is Ms. Le Thi Thanh, a near-poor household, 79 years old, living alone in Hoang La Trung hamlet, Hai Chau commune (Dien Hoang commune, old Dien Chau district). The house is currently dilapidated and in need of reconstruction.
Speaking at the donation ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television sincerely thanked Bao Viet Life Insurance Company of Bac Nghe An for accompanying the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television through cooperation programs in recent times.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Thu Huong also shared that the new house is currently about 70% completed and the estimated construction cost could be up to 150 million VND, so she hopes that the local Party Committee, government, and village executive committee will continue to support Ms. Thanh so that the house can be completed soon and put into use as the rainy and stormy season approaches.

On this occasion, in addition to sponsoring money to build a house for Ms. Le Thi Thanh, the Company has just presented a total gift worth 60 million VND to support people in the West affected by storm No. 3; in the near future, it will award 60 bicycle scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties in the area on the occasion of the new school year.
At the ceremony, the family and the representative of the Hai Chau Commune Fatherland Front Committee expressed their gratitude to the delegation of the two agencies; at the same time, they said that Ms. Le Thi Thanh's household always lived exemplary lives, united with her neighbors. In the commune's New Rural Construction movement, although she was eligible for exemption, she still voluntarily donated 6 million VND to help her neighbors upgrade the concrete road in the hamlet.
