Aerobics helps improve memory
Recent research shows that daily aerobic exercise increases the brain's ability to remember memories in older women and helps slow down memory loss.

The study was conducted with 86 women aged 70 - 80 and often had problems with memory, often called "mild cognitive impairment" - a factor that leads to the risk of dementia.
Participants will be measured, brain areas related to memory and learning. Researchers from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, published the results in early April 2014, in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Accordingly, women who spent 6 months doing aerobic exercise regularly every week for a long time achieved significant improvements.
29 people who exercised regularly had increased memory area size in their brains compared to before and compared to those who did not exercise.
However, there are some indications that this area is linked to the memory of spoken language. The connection between sound and the mind is complex and requires further in-depth research. Meanwhile, the effect of aerobic exercise on memory is plausible, although scientists have not yet concluded with certainty the specific effects between them.
Currently, every 4 seconds there is a new case of dementia. According to researchers, by 2050, the world will have over 115 million people suffering from this disease.
