- CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS OF CANDIDATES
1. About training level:
- For professional positions (Credit; Accounting): Requires university degree, full-time program (excluding candidates who graduated from university transfer program), major appropriate to the position applied for (Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration,...).
- For special labor positions (drivers): Candidates must meet the standards according to the State's professional regulations and Agribank's regulations.

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
1) Application form (according to Agribank's form) clearly stating the job wishes, commitment to comply with Agribank's labor and labor management regulations if recruited (download athttps://www.agribank.com.vn); Candidates can register 02 wishes:
+Wish 1: Candidates choose a work location from the list of branches with recruitment targets listed above.
+ Option 2: Work location assigned by Agribank Recruitment Council, Nam Nghe An branch. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).
2. CV certified by a competent State agency within no more than 06 months from the date of application submission, Certificate of residence. Candidates must not be under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being reformed without detention, under probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical facility, a reformatory facility, etc.
3. Notarized copies of the following documents: Birth certificate, Citizen identification card, Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts.
4. Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission.

Note:

- Each candidate only applies for 01 position at 01 type I branch in this recruitment period. Agribank has the right to reject applications in case the candidate applies for more than 01 position at 01 branch or at different branches at the same time.
- Agribank does not accept: Applications submitted on behalf of others, applications submitted past the deadline, applications of candidates who violated the Examination Regulations in previous years;

IV. RECRUITMENT EXAM
- Recruitment form:
a) For recruitment of professional and technical positions: (Credit and Accounting positions): Candidates must participate in the following rounds:
- Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents before professional exam(Candidates who pass the preliminary round will be able to participate in the second round).
For candidates applying for credit or accounting positions with 3 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG, ...), large banks (Vietinbank, Vietcombank, BIDV, ...), or candidates graduating with honors from leading economic universities (National Economics University; Foreign Trade University; Banking Academy; Academy of Finance; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics; Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City; RMIT University; University of Economics - Hue University; University of Economics - Danang University; Can Tho University), passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in the 3rd round (interview) without having to participate in the 2nd round.
- Round 2: Professional exam on E-learning system (Organized by Head Office).
- Round 3: Interview.
b) For recruitment of special labor positions (drivers):
Organize preliminary screening of documents + driving skills test + interview.
