Anyone with nocturia should try these methods immediately.
It is frustrating and annoying to have to get up from a sound sleep and then have to drag yourself to the toilet in the middle of the night to relieve yourself. People who have trouble sleeping are even more miserable.

Nocturia causes depression and fatigue
And lately you always have to wake up in your sleep to "unburden your heart"? If so, you should review your daily habits to see the cause of the problem, in order to adjust as soon as possible.
Here are some great tips to help you overcome nocturia.
Limit drinks before bedtime
Try stopping drinking water or other fluids at least 2 hours before bed to see if this helps. Many people have a habit of drinking a lot of water right before bed. This can cause us to wake up in the middle of the night to “clear out” some of it.

Avoid alcohol and coffee
Caffeine stimulates the bladder, causing you to urinate more often. Therefore, if you drink coffee close to bedtime, you are likely to have to go to the toilet many times while you are sleeping soundly. Not only that, coffee also affects the quality of sleep.
Likewise, alcohol is a diuretic, so you should avoid drinking it close to bedtime. Also, if you are taking diuretics, drink them in the morning instead of at night.
Limit eating too much salt
A 2017 study found that cutting down on salt intake reduced the frequency of urination at night. This led to significant improvements in quality of life, possibly due to improved sleep quality.

Loud snoring is closely linked to sleep apnea. And when you stop breathing, you’re more likely to wake up with a start and realize you need to pee, so you have to get up and drag yourself to the bathroom.
To reduce snoring, you can try changing your sleeping position from lying on your back to lying on your side, and you should not drink alcohol before going to bed. Remember to maintain a healthy weight and diet, and if you smoke, try to quit as soon as possible. In addition, you should also exercise your tongue regularly before going to bed, by bending and sliding back and forth in your mouth, making vowels repeatedly. These movements help limit airway obstruction during sleep.
Finally, if you have tried all of the above methods and still have nocturia, you should see a doctor for examination and treatment advice.
