The program was organized by the Women's Union in coordination with the Center for Population - Family Planning, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Hung Nguyen district in Hung Dao commune. This is the commune with the third largest population in the district and regularly performs well in population - family planning work.
With the theme "Understanding love, sharing responsibility", the program attracted a large number of people to participate.

At the festival, issues such as the role and relationship between mothers and daughters; gender imbalance at birth; consequences and responsibilities of the whole society were discussed by those involved.
The participants are members of families that do well in population work and raise only one child, such as the family of Ms. Luu Thi Kim Tien in hamlet 5B or the family of Ms. Tran Thi Tham in hamlet 4A.
