In particular, the City People's Committee created all favorable conditions in terms of capital and preferential policies for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City to invest in Nghe An.

Since then, the investment "wind" of enterprises from the city named after Uncle Ho has become an important driving force to help Nghe An develop. Among the first enterprises from Ho Chi Minh City to invest in Nghe An, the New Technology Construction and Application Investment Joint Stock Company (TECCO) has quickly implemented works and projects that have created positive socio-economic effects. In 2004, the company immediately started investing in the construction of C1 area, Quang Trung (Vinh City). In mid-2007, the 18-storey apartment and commercial project with 227 apartments was put into use, creating a highlight of modern urban architecture in Vinh City. Immediately after this success,... TECCO continued to invest in many new urban buildings in Quang Trung, Le Loi, Vinh Tan, Truong Thi. Up to now, in Nghe An, the company has invested in 10 buildings with over 1,000 apartments and commercial areas, actively contributing to urban beautification, solving the housing needs of officials, civil servants and people.

For the Central Human Resources Training and Development Joint Stock Company, although investing in Nghe An is slower than some other enterprises, it has left its mark in human resources training. In 2013, a delegation of key officials of Nghe An led by Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee worked with Ho Chi Minh City; In addition to evaluating the results and lessons learned from 10 years of cooperation, the leaders of the two provinces agreed to continue to strengthen exchange activities, promote investment to boost socio-economic development in Uncle Ho's homeland.
