Kenny G surprised the audience from one surprise to another when he not only performed his skillful yet emotional techniques, but also said a long greeting and thank you to the audience at the show in Vietnamese.

The male artist said: "Hello, thank you, I'm sorry when I don't speak Vietnamese very well. But I will try. This is our second time in Vietnam. We are very happy to be back here. Thank you for coming here tonight. And now we will perform a song called "Havana".

It is known that the first time he came to Vietnam, he also "tried" to greet the audience in Vietnamese. But after a long time, when he returned to Vietnam for the second time, he could no longer remember much Vietnamese and confessed "learning Vietnamese is very difficult, I will try to give it a try".

To meet Kenny G's very high requirements for sound and instruments, the Organizing Committee had to order some equipment from overseas. The Organizing Committee rented two Yamaha PM5DRH version 2.25 mixers (sound control systems) in Japan many months ago, one for the band, one for the audience - with a rental price of more than 30,000 USD.

The percussion set is an LP Galaxy, made mostly of wood and capable of producing a deep, authentic sound, specialized for Latin and R&B music, with a rental price equivalent to a mixer. The drum set is a Yamaha "Phoenix" series purchased by the Organizing Committee from the US for about 30,000 USD.

In addition, Kenny G requested to prepare a Yamaha C7 piano with cables and a suitable source chosen by the artist himself. Kenny G also requested a Hercules stand and stand specifically for his two Selmer Mark VI trumpets. Along with that, before coming to Vietnam, Kenny G sent a detailed diagram of the stage setup and the construction of the podium, which had to be accurate to the centimeter.

Throughout the night, Kenny G, with his legendary trumpet, led the audience through many different emotions. From the gentle, lingering "Forever In Love" to the lively and exciting "Desafinado" - a song he introduced as being from the 1960s. His vibrant music made the audience unable to stop dancing on the spot. Interspersed between his performances were solo piano and guitar performances by the band, with 6 members, with the male artist bringing moments of sublimation in music. This is the crew that has accompanied him on many tours around the world.

Kenny G respectfully introduced each band member to the audience. He also expressed his affection for the Vietnamese audience once again, sharing that he eats chicken pho every morning here and loves this Hanoi dish.

Kenny G performed "The Moon represents my heart" in a very new way, making the audience feel both familiar and strange. This is a Chinese song that is quite familiar to many Vietnamese audiences under the name "The Moon represents my heart".

With "Going Home", Kenny G did not use the techniques of vibrato or prolonging the endings like in previous songs, but played in a very simple way, but full of emotion.

As the show ended, to the enthusiastic cheers of the audience at the National Convention Center, Kenny G returned to the stage once again and gave the audience another song.
