Anh Son: Announcement of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 20, Anh Son District People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the national standard quality management system TCVN ISO 9001:2008. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of Nghe An Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality.

Implementing Decision No. 19/2014 of the Prime Minister on applying the quality management system according to Vietnamese standard (TCVN) ISO 9001:2008 to the activities of agencies and organizations in the State administrative system, Decision 37 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the plan to apply the quality management system according to National standard ISO 9001:2008 to the activities of administrative agencies in the province, Anh Son district has effectively implemented the Decision.

At the announcement ceremony, delegates were presented with a report on the process of implementing the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008. After the announcement ceremony, the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system of Anh Son district was applied in administrative agencies, contributing to improving administrative reform in the district, effectively implementing administrative reform goals, and helping Anh Son complete socio-economic goals according to the set plan.

Anh Son is the first unit in the province to announce a quality management system according to national standard ISO 9001:2008.
