Mr. Son: Visiting and giving gifts to pre-uprising cadres

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, nOn August 31, Anh Son district organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to 5 pre-uprising cadres. Each gift included 1.5 million VND, of which the district budget's gift was 500,000 VND.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Secretary of the District Party Committee presented gifts to pre-uprising cadre Bui Quang Ba in Hoi Son commune.

Anh Son district has 371 former pre-uprising cadres, currently only 5 of whom are still alive. On behalf of the leaders of the district Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, District Party Secretary Le Hong Vinh affirmed that the Party Committee, government, and people in the district always respect and are grateful for the great contributions of veteran party members and pre-uprising cadres. At the same time, he hopes that pre-uprising cadres and their families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, actively set examples, and teach their children and grandchildren to comply with and implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.
