Mr. Son: Awarding the contest for good team leaders and talented star leaders

(Baonghean.vn) -On April 23, the District Youth Union, the Young Pioneers' Council coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Anh Son district to organize the "Excellent Team Leader and Talented Star Leader" Contest for the 2012-2013 school year.

The contest attracted 42 contestants who were excellent team leaders and good star leaders selected from school-level contests to compete. During the one-day competition at the District Department of Education and Training, the contestants demonstrated their skills and strengths through the following competitions: theoretical knowledge of Team organization skills, practical competition of tying ropes, marking paths, managing star activities, managing Team skills and talent competition.

In general, the contestants have demonstrated their abilities as talented Team leaders and Star leaders, and their decisive and mature team management. The children's Star activities demonstrated good self-management capacity and creative flexibility in the role of Star leaders. In particular, the children demonstrated their ability to speak clearly and coherently; their ability to listen and distinguish right from wrong. This clearly shows that a good Star leader is an enthusiastic, dynamic person, has Team work skills and is talented in a number of areas of activity such as dancing, singing, storytelling, games, etc.

At the end of the contest, the jury awarded 2 first prizes to the following students: Than Nu Nguyet Nhi - Team leader of Anh Son Secondary School and Dang Phuong Thuy - Team leader of Town Primary School. In addition, the jury awarded 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes and issued certificates of excellent team leader to 17 students and 20 talented team leaders.
