(Baonghean.vn) - On August 26, 2014, the Education Department of Anh Son district held a conference to summarize the 2013-2014 school year and deploy tasks for the 2014-2015 school year.

Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to collectives

In the 2013-2014 school year, Anh Son Education sector was ranked as excellent in the whole province, many schools in the area were highly appreciated. Of which, 2 units received the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee, 18 units were ranked as excellent and advanced in the province. The rate of mobilizing children to go to school reached a high level, 100% of communes/towns met the standards of universal preschool education for 5-year-old children; universal primary and secondary education was firmly consolidated. The quality of mass education was maintained, the quality of key education was improved with the number of excellent students and students passing university entrance exams increasing significantly... Regarding the focus of the 2014-2015 school year, Anh Son district advocated focusing on improving the quality evenly between regions, aiming at the goal of comprehensive education, in which attention was paid to educating ethics, ideals, patriotic traditions and life skills for students.
