Three people died after a terrible gunshot

At about 6:45 a.m. this morning (August 15), at house number 197, residential group 30, Muong Thanh ward, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province, a serious crime occurred, with a shooting that left 3 people dead.

According to many people living around house 197, at that time, they suddenly heard a loud gunshot. When they ran over to see, they discovered a woman dead in the doorway of the house. Running deeper into the house, people discovered two other people dead. Initially, it was determined that among the three dead were two husband and wife from the same family.

The identities of the deceased couple were confirmed by residential group 30, Muong Thanh ward as Mr. Nguyen Tuan Vu (about 56 years old) - Director of Dien Bien Beer Factory Company and his wife Nguyen Thi Ly (about 53 years old) who worked as a lottery seller.

Authorities blocked off the crime scene.

Mr. Trinh Xuan Quy - Head of Residential Group 30 said that Mr. Vu's family lived in harmony with the neighbors, strictly followed the policies of the Party and the State, and fully contributed to all types of funds of the neighborhood. Before the serious crime happened, the family did not report any threats or major conflicts.

Immediately after the serious crime occurred, the authorities arrived promptly to block off and protect the crime scene. Major General Sung A Hong - Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police assessed this as a particularly serious case.

The victims were shot dead with gunshot wounds to the head, the murder weapon was a CKC military gun.From that, it can be affirmed that the perpetrator was well prepared and very reckless.

Major General Sung A Hong - Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police said that currently, the Provincial Police are assigning functional forces together with the Procuracy and forensic medicine to conduct crime scene investigation, autopsy and deploy investigation measures.
