Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan received UNICEF's humanitarian award.
On the afternoon of February 27, at the National Assembly Office, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) presented the humanitarian award to Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
On behalf of UNICEF, Ms. Lotta Sylwander - UNICEF Representative in Vietnam respectfully presented the humanitarian award to Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan for her practical contributions to reducing the number of child deaths in Vietnam.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly affirmed that the Vietnamese National Assembly will also continue to promote the improvement of the legal system to protect the rights and interests of children, integrate children's rights and issues related to children in the law-making process, and at the same time monitor the protection and promotion of children's rights.
