On the afternoon of February 27, at the National Assembly Office, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) presented the humanitarian award to Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
On behalf of UNICEF, Ms. Lotta Sylwander - UNICEF Representative in Vietnam respectfully presented the humanitarian award to Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan for her practical contributions to reducing the number of child deaths in Vietnam.
