Three young men were stabbed to death at night, suspected to be due to a conflict at a snail bar.

On the morning of December 17, Mr. Phan Huy Thanh - Head of Dien Loc Commune Police (Dien Chau District) said that the District Police and Nghe An Provincial Police are examining and investigating the murder case that left 2 victims dead and 1 injured on the inter-commune road through Dien Loc Commune.

Previously, at around 10:30 p.m. on December 16, local residents discovered three young men on a motorbike collapsed on the road to the commune, passing through Dien Loc commune, so they reported it to the authorities and called an ambulance.

One victim died on the spot. Two other victims were taken to the emergency room, but one died later due to serious injuries from the stab wound.

The two deceased victims were identified as Mr. B. (residing in Dien Trung commune) and Mr. Le Van A. (born 2000, residing in Dien An commune, Dien Chau district). The stabbed and injured victim who is being treated at the hospital is Mr. Cao Van Ch. (residing in Dien An commune).

According to Mr. Thanh: “A group of young men went drinking and then had a conflict at a snail restaurant in Dien Tho commune. After that, it is suspected that on the way home, 3 victims were chased by someone and stabbed, causing 1 person to die on the spot, 1 person to die after being taken to the emergency room, and 1 victim is currently being treated.”

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province and Dien Chau District Police are continuing to investigate and arrest the perpetrator.
