Patient Nguyen Van Cong in Xom Moi, Nghia Xuan Commune – Quy Hop and patient Pham Duc Hung in Nghi Cong Nam – Nghi Loc are both in extremely difficult circumstances and are currently undergoing dialysis at the Cardiology Department – ​​Nghe An Friendship Hospital.
