From tomorrow, the sea off the coast of the Central and Southern provinces, and the entire East Sea (including the two sea areas of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos) will have strong northeast wind of level 6-8, gusting to level 9-10; the sea will be very rough.
