The North is cold and rainy until next week.

The northeastern provinces and the capital Hanoi will turn cold. Temperatures on March 12 in Hanoi will generally range from 15 - 18 degrees Celsius.

Drizzly, wet and cold weather has persisted in the North for the past two weeks.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on March 12, 2015, due to the influence of strengthening cold air, there will be rain and light rain in the northeastern and north central provinces.

The northeastern provinces and the capital Hanoi will turn cold. Temperatures on March 12 in Hanoi will generally range from 15 - 18 degrees Celsius.

The drizzle and cold weather will last in the Northeastern provinces until March 13. From March 14, the southeast wind will return, the temperature will gradually increase, reaching 20-29 degrees Celsius. However, the rain will continue until March 16 (next Monday). The weather will be sunny from March 17.

In the provinces from Nghe An to Thua Thien Hue, from March 11 to March 15, the sky will be cloudy with light rain. Then, the sky will be sunny, with an average temperature of 22-26 degrees Celsius.

In the Southern region, the weather is stable with no rain and sunny days. Temperature ranges from 22-35 degrees Celsius.
