From tomorrow night, there will be scattered rain in the provinces from Nghe An to Thua Thien Hue. The wind will change to the northeast at level 2-3 inland, level 3-4 in coastal areas. From tomorrow afternoon, in the Gulf of Tonkin and the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea, there will be strong northeast winds at level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7; rough seas.
