Abolish the policy of supporting facilities causing serious environmental pollution to relocate.

Article 1. Abolish Decision No. 63/2010/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2010 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province promulgating a number of preferential policies and support for establishments causing serious environmental pollution that must relocate in Nghe An province.

Article 2. This Decision comes into force 10 days after the date of signing.

Article 3. Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Directors of the Departments of Finance, Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Construction; Director of the Tax Department; Director of the Provincial State Treasury; Head of the Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone; Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
