With the above digestive disorders, according to Oriental medicine, there is a simple remedy that is effective, including coptis chinensis and gentian root.
- Coptis chinensis, scientific name Rhizoma Coptidis, is a medicinal herb that stabilizes intestinal enzymes, effectively clears heat, and reduces symptoms of indigestion and bloating.
- Bitter leaf, scientific name is Cronton tonkinensis Gagnep, the leaves have a bitter, slightly sweet, slightly astringent taste, cool or neutral properties, have the effect of clearing heat, detoxifying, and disinfecting. Using bitter leaf effectively reduces stomach pain.
A simple remedy includes: 10g dried coptis chinensis and 3g fresh bitter leaf, boil to get water to drink, it has quick effect, can drink 2-3 more times a day to restore the digestive tract.
