- Sober up with lemon or ginger tea: cut a few slices of lemon mixed with water or use crushed fresh ginger mixed with water combined with a little green tea, the hangover will pass quickly.

- Leave the green beans in the skin, boil them to get water and drink 2-3 cups to help you wake up quickly and effectively cool down.

- Coptis chinensis, scientific name Rhizoma Coptidis, is a medicinal herb that stabilizes intestinal enzymes, effectively clears heat, and reduces symptoms of indigestion and bloating.

- Bitter leaf, scientific name is Cronton tonkinensis Gagnep, the leaves have a bitter, slightly sweet, slightly astringent taste, cool or neutral properties, have the effect of clearing heat, detoxifying, and disinfecting. Using bitter leaf effectively reduces stomach pain.

A simple remedy includes: 10g of dried coptis chinensis and 3g of fresh bitter leaf, boiled to get water to drink for quick results, can drink 2-3 more times a day to restore the digestive tract.
