Lesson 3: Ginseng and tonic decoction: 12g ginseng, 12g poria, 12g angelica, 12g white peony, 6g cinnamon, 12g atractylodes, 12g astragalus, 12g rehmannia, 12g tangerine peel, 6g licorice, 5 slices of ginger, 5 jujubes. Boil 7 bowls to get 3 bowls, divide into 3 doses.

Stewed turtle: 1 turtle, 100g green banana, 2 pieces of fried tofu. Astragalus porridge: 30g astragalus, 30g codonopsis, 15g atractylodes, 15g poria, 15g licorice, 60-80g rice. Boil the herbs to get the water, cook with rice to make porridge. For the elderly who are weak, have shortness of breath, or have the flu. Eat in the morning.
