Use one of the following remedies:
Recipe 1: 16g each of Chinese yam, lotus seed, and rehmannia root, 20g of black jujube seed, 12g of polygala root, 10g of processed pinellia ternata, 16g of achyranthes root, 12g of tangerine peel, 10g of poria cocos, 20g of Chinese clematis root, 16g of white atractylodes macrocephala, and 12g of licorice. Boil and drink 1 dose every 2 days, 2 times a day after meals.
Recipe 2: 16g roasted cassia seed, 20g black jujube seed, 16g processed motherwort, 10g white poria, 10g pinellia, 10g magnolia bark, 12g tangerine peel, 8g poria, 20g white poria, 20g lotus seed, 16g longan, 16g ginseng, 5 jujubes, 12g licorice. Boil and drink 1 dose every 2 days, 2 times a day after meals.
