The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department signed a program of coordination in work in 2011.

(Baonghean) -This afternoon, June 16, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on the 2011 work coordination program.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; To Hong Hai - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; comrades in the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Implementing the decision of the Central Secretariat, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department have deployed a program of coordination in 2011 with the aim of contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of ideological work, creating high consensus in the awareness and action of the entire Party and people towards socio-economic development and solving urgent problems of the people, contributing to creating favorable conditions for state agencies at all levels to perform well their political tasks. Thereby contributing to maintaining political stability, ensuring security and order, promoting the process of socio-economic development.

The two sides agreed on the content and coordination regulations to implement the plan as well as specific solutions on ideological work, providing accurate information, directing propaganda, grasping public opinion, discovering, praising and promoting advanced models to solve citizens' pressing problems, creating consensus within the Party and all classes of people, actively contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department have assigned departments, branches and sectors to proactively provide information. Every 6 months, a meeting will be held to evaluate the coordination program to gain experience and develop a coordination program for the following years. Annually, rewards will be given to groups and individuals who perform well; consideration will be given to handling groups and individuals who do not implement or do not strictly implement this coordination program according to the Party's regulations and the State's laws.
