Dien Chau District Military Command started construction of comrades' house

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 10, 2014, the Military Command of Dien Chau district coordinated with the local government of Dien Hai commune, Dien Chau district to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a "Comrades' House" for the family of professional soldier Major Nguyen Van Khue, a weapons officer, Logistics - Technical Department (Military Command of Dien Chau district).

The District Military Command presented a symbolic plaque to build a comrades' house to Major Nguyen Van Khue.

Comrade Khue has a particularly difficult family situation, his wife is a farmer, often sick, and the income from agricultural products is not worth much. His two children are still studying at schools. Along with that, during more than 24 years of working at the unit, Comrade Khue is also primarily responsible for taking care of his elderly grandparents in a cramped house. His paternal and maternal families are economically disadvantaged and cannot afford to help or support them in repairing the house.

With the attention of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 4, directly the Provincial Military Command, has reviewed and supported comrade Khue's family with an amount of 60 million VND from the budget of Military Region 4 combined with the family's 95 million VND to build a level 4 house with an area of ​​over 60 square meters.

The house is expected to be completed on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2014). This is a meaningful work that demonstrates the affection and responsibility to help comrade Khue stabilize his family life, feel secure in his work, stay with the unit and complete all assigned tasks well.
