SELECTION PROCESS:

To achieve what we want, a special selection process has been designed to enable candidates to express their “self”. You will have the opportunity to experience:

• Demonstrate writing skills and present ideas through essays (in Vietnamese as well as English)

•Evaluate and look back at yourself through “Self-Assessment Questions”

•Identify your strengths – “Strengths Identification Test”

•Evaluate your logical and sharp thinking ability through “IQ/EQ Test”

•Show your difference and creativity using your own advantages in communication and presentation in English (if possible)

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

•Be a Vietnamese citizen.

•Recent graduate or graduate with maximum working experience of no more than 2 years.

•Graduated from domestic and foreign universities with majors in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting/Finance and majors related to production and food technology

•Minimum GPA 7.5/10 or 3.0/4

•Fluent English

• Priority given to candidates with a Master of Business Administration degree

•Has leadership qualities

•Logical, sharp thinking

• Dynamic, creative

•Eager to learn

•Good communication and presentation skills

•Proactive and flexible in handling situations/solving problems

•Work independently/in a team with high intensity and pressure
