Working table on perfecting the organization and staff of Hoang Mai Town

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of June 18, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a conference to discuss and deploy decisions and projects related to the organization and staff of Hoang Mai town; and agreed on specific implementation plans for departments, branches and units.

Comrades Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and related departments, branches and sectors.

At the conference, delegates listened to a summary report on the project to build the organization, staff, and payroll of Hoang Mai town and to arrange the organization, staff, and payroll of Quynh Luu district; focused on discussing and contributing many ideas to the implementation plan to remove difficulties, quickly stabilize and perfect the organization of Hoang Mai town and the organization of Quynh Luu district, ensuring a synchronous, solid, and smooth transition during the separation process, without much impact on management activities.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau emphasized that the establishment of Hoang Mai town is an inevitable need in the process of socio-economic development of the province. In the early days of establishment, it will face many difficulties, so the key leaders of the town must make efforts, be determined, unite, and unify to implement the steps in the project in a specific, urgent, and rapid manner, perfecting the personnel apparatus, especially the party organization, to comprehensively lead and direct all aspects of party building, socio-economic and national defense and security.

On the part of the government at the transitional period, it is necessary to perform well the function of state management in the area. The arrangement and organization of the apparatus and cadres must pay attention to quality and originate from the conditions, characteristics, and orientations of socio-economic development in both the short and long term. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of linking ideological work with organizational work; Urgently build facilities, equipment, build mechanisms, operating regulations, and prepare conditions for the launch of Hoang Mai town at the end of this June.

Regarding Quynh Luu district, comrade Tran Hong Chau suggested that the district create favorable conditions and actively coordinate with Hoang Mai town to resolve arising issues; organize a strict handover from human resources to facilities and funding; urgently complete the personnel apparatus in positions with deficiencies after separation; review tasks, goals and targets to make adjustments and have solutions to implement in accordance with reality.

Assign provincial-level agencies and departments based on their functions and tasks to coordinate with Hoang Mai town and Quynh Luu district to complete the personnel apparatus to ensure compliance with the charter, laws and current regulations, supplement funding for facilities; direct and guide the implementation of professional tasks, coordinate with media agencies to propagate and introduce the establishment of Hoang Mai town...
