(Baonghean.vn) -Yesterday (July 9), 228 prestigious people among ethnic minorities came to Vinh City to attend a program to disseminate knowledge to prestigious people among ethnic minorities organized by the Provincial Ethnic Committee.

During the 2 days, students were introduced to a number of policies and strategies for socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas, the issue of building new rural areas, promoting the role of prestigious people in the process of building the grassroots political system, implementing the grassroots democracy regulations, etc. Officials from the Ethnic Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and the College of Economics and Technology participated in the guidance.

After this training course in Vinh City, classes will be opened in mountainous districts to disseminate knowledge with the goal of ensuring that 1,130 prestigious people respected by the people can attend. From here, they will become propagandists to disseminate knowledge to the people in their locality.
