The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission organized the Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term

The report at the Congress said that the results achieved during the term were quite comprehensive, the targets set by the Trade Union Congress for the 2017 - 2023 term were basically completed. During the term, the union members were encouraged to complete their professional tasks well, advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee on many important resolutions, projects and directives on mass mobilization work; advised 10 provincial-level initiatives, dozens of grassroots initiatives; achieved 2 Labor Medals, 20 Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee and many thematic Certificates of Merit; organized many activities on resources, gratitude, volunteering, sightseeing, learning experiences; organized cultural and sports activities to take care of union members' health...

The results achieved in the past term have actively contributed to building strong agencies, party cells and trade union organizations.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Cong Danh - Chairman of Nghe An Civil Servants' Union agreed with the draft reports approved at the Congress and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission's Union, term III, 2017-2023. He acknowledged that the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission's Union is truly a warm home for union members, the lives of union members are cared for carefully, and there are many memorable activities.

To improve the activities of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term, he suggested that the trade union should pay attention to launching emulation movements to advise on political activities, to be a support for union members to promote dynamism, creativity, to have comments, rewards, and commendations, especially in difficult and specific issues. Organize cultural movements to build the image of mass mobilization cadres who respect the people, are close to the people, and listen to people's opinions.
