He affirmed that this is a loss and pain that cannot be compensated, but the sacrifice of the comrades is a testament to the tradition of loyalty to the Party, filial piety to the people, fearlessness of danger, all for the happiness of the people of Uncle Ho's Army.

Speaking at the reception of support, on behalf of the Military Region Command, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung respectfully thanked the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization and the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization for their timely attention, encouragement, and sharing. The Military Region Command has directed to ensure the best policies and regimes for martyrs and their families; the organization of funerals and memorial services for comrades who died while performing rescue missions was solemnly organized by the Military Region Command... The Political Commissar of the Military Region also informed the delegation about the flood situation in the provinces in Military Region 4, the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, searching, rescuing, and rescuing missing victims of the Military Region's armed forces.

In recent days, the Military Region continued to experience heavy rain, flooding in many places, and a high risk of landslides. The Military Region Command promptly mobilized forces and vehicles to evacuate people and property to a safe place.
