The Central Committee for Mass Mobilization has just sent an official dispatch to the Prime Minister outlining a number of issues of concern related to the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.

In particular, the Committee for Mass Mobilization requested the Ministry of Health to speed up the vaccination process to avoid a shortage of vaccines while there are still expired vaccines. In particular, the Committee recommended studying the early implementation of vaccination services so that businesses in need can organize vaccinations for their employees.

The People's Committee also recommended that when F0 appears, the entire area can be locked down, F0 and F1 cannot be moved out to the concentrated area; and the testing of the entire population should be reconsidered.

For provinces and cities, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization recommends considering a plan to prioritize Covid-19 vaccination for workers; supporting self-employed workers as those without labor relations.

Regarding the direction for businesses to implement "3 on-site", the People's Mobilization Committee recommends that provinces must ensure the consensus of workers when implementing this policy.

In case workers cannot perform "3 on-site" and have to stop working, the enterprise must pay the salary for the suspension of work according to regulations; pay attention to creating favorable conditions, instructing workers and laborers to enjoy the support regime in the 26 trillion package...

The Committee for Mass Mobilization also proposed solutions to immediately remove difficulties in purchasing medical equipment to serve the treatment of diseases and provide labor protection equipment to protect the health and lives of frontline medical staff against the epidemic; support businesses to renovate facilities, provide meals for workers to ensure production in conditions of epidemic prevention and control.

Previously, speaking to the press on the sidelines of the regular Government press conference on the afternoon of August 11, Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan said: Vaccination services are also reasonable, but we have to consider and carry out at the appropriate time. Especially in the current context, we do not have many vaccines. When the time comes to have enough vaccines, the Ministry of Health will consider and weigh that proposal.
