This morning, March 27, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to discuss solutions to difficulties for real estate projects. Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments and branches, along with representatives of 70 real estate investment and business enterprises in the province.

Conference overview
Currently, the province has 110 real estate projects of 74 enterprises with a total area of nearly 1,000 hectares and a total investment of about 51,000 billion VND. Recently, due to the sluggish real estate market, the province currently has 2,600 low-rise houses, 1,120 apartments, 12,982 m2 of office space for lease, commercial premises in real estate projects and 5,148 m2 of land worth about thousands of billions of VND. Although the government, relevant ministries, sectors and localities as well as investors have implemented many stimulus solutions, the real estate market has not changed clearly. A sad fact is that 7/16 trading floors in the province in 2012 and the first 3 months of 2013 had no successful transactions.
At this conference, there were 15 opinions from enterprises mentioning problems related to granting land use rights, transferring land use rights, determining land prices, supporting social housing construction costs, changing the purpose of use from commercial housing to social housing, paying land use fees and corporate income tax, etc. Difficulties and problems in the process of implementing real estate projects of enterprises were received and specifically answered by leaders of relevant departments and branches right at the conference.

Representatives of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation mentioned difficulties and obstacles when implementing projects in Nghe An.
After listening to investors' opinions and concluding the conference, Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee shared the difficulties and obstacles of investors in the process of implementing real estate business projects, acknowledged the efforts of investors to maintain and successfully implement large real estate projects, creating customer trust. However, in the current situation, investors need to continue to make efforts to fully fulfill their obligations to the state, speed up project progress, complete technical infrastructure and implement procedures for making Land Use Right Certificates... On the part of state management agencies, it is necessary to advise on appropriate documents in quickly resolving the issue of granting Land Use Right Certificates, actively implementing site clearance, calculating appropriate land prices, accessing loan sources and reforming administrative procedures, reducing inconvenience for investors. The province will create the most favorable conditions for real estate business projects to be effective.
