(Baonghean.vn) - On January 21, Nghe An Border Guard Command held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Deputy Commanders and Deputy Political Commissars of the Provincial Border Guard.
Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Commander; Colonel Le Nhu Cuong - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Nghe An Border Guard attended and directed the handover.

On January 9, the Minister of National Defense issued Decision No. 06/QDD-BQP on the appointment of cadre positions. Accordingly: Lieutenant Colonel Ho Huu Thang - Head of Logistics holds the position of Deputy Commander of Nghe An Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dang Khoa, Head of Politics holds the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Nghe An Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Phung Duc Hung - Deputy Head of Operations Department, Border Guard General Staff, is now transferred to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Nghe An Provincial Border Guard.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dang Khoa, Deputy Political Commissar, received the handover of responsibilities and tasks from Colonel Le Nhu Cuong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Ho Huu Thang, Deputy Commander, received the responsibilities and tasks from Colonel Tran Hai Binh, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Phung Duc Hung, Deputy Commander, received some aspects of work from Lieutenant Colonel Ho Quyet Thang, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard.
At the ceremony, the Deputy Commanders and Deputy Commissars of the Provincial Border Guard signed the minutes to receive the tasks and officially operate the work from January 21, 2020.
