Handing over Great Solidarity House to poor households in Dong Thanh commune

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 13, the Fatherland Front of Dong Thanh commune coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Thanh district to present a Great Solidarity house to Mr. Dinh Viet Duc's household (Dong Long hamlet) - Dong Thanh commune.

Mr. Dinh Viet Duc is over 80 years old this year, a poor household, in very difficult circumstances. With the attention of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and departments, Dong Thanh commune mobilized members and benefactors to build a charity house for him with a total amount of 50 million VND. Of which, the construction capital was supported by the District "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee with 15 million VND, the Commune Women's Union with 3 million VND, and the rest was contributed by the family. The house is spaciously built with 2 rooms and an area of ​​over 50 square meters.

In the joy of having a new, spacious house, Mr. Dinh Viet Duc expressed his gratitude for the attention of local leaders, the support of the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Thanh district, and the local leaders who created conditions to help his family have a new, spacious house, no longer worrying about leaks when it rains.
