Handing over charity houses in Dien Thai commune

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 16, Dien Chau District organized the handover of a gratitude house to Ms. Phan Thi Vinh in Hamlet 1, Dien Thai Commune.

Phan Thi Vinh’s family is one of the poor households in Dien Thai commune. She herself is disabled and has to support her elderly mother and young children. Previously, all three of them had to live in a dilapidated house, life was very difficult.

Representative of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dien Chau district presented 50 million VND from the National Assembly Delegation to Ms. Vinh.

With the support of the 13th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province, term 2011 - 2016, her family was able to build a new, spacious house on an area of ​​75 square meters with a total cost of 179 million VND. Of which, the National Assembly Delegation supported 50 million VND, the Fatherland Front of Dien Thai district and commune supported 40 million VND, the rest was the family's efforts.

The completed house helps her family have a more stable life, no longer having to evacuate every time there is a storm./.
