(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 17, the Ky Son Branch of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development organized the handover of a charity house to Mr. Luong Van Phom's family in Na Luong 2 village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son.

Mr. Luong Van Phom and his wife Hoang Thi Hien have 7 children, all of whom have their own families, but all are from poor families. Life is difficult, the couple lives in a thatched hut on the banks of the Nam Mo River, which is unsafe during the storm season. In early September, the Ky Son District Branch of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development built a charity house for the couple on a new plot of land. By October 17, the house worth 30 million VND was completed and handed over to the family for use.

It is known that this year, the Ky Son District Branch of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development also used the unit's savings fund and contributions from staff to support poor students in Keng Du and Pha Danh communes with an amount of 30 million VND; and supported the construction of Pu Nha Thau temple with 25 million VND.
