Handing over party organizations and party members to districts, cities and towns
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 27, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee handed over the Party organization and Party members to the district, city and town Party Committees. Attending the event were comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's departments.
As part of the Provincial Party Committee's plan to rearrange grassroots party organizations, this time, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee transferred 38 party organizations with 287 party members to the district, city and town party committees, including 18 party cells of electricity branches in urban districts; 19 party cells of Social Policy Bank branches in urban districts and the Bai Lu Joint Stock Company party cell.
In preparation for the handover ceremony, recently, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has coordinated with the Party Committees and Party cells of the bases to review the documents and prepare the contents for handover in accordance with regulations. Up to now, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and the grassroots Party Committees have closely coordinated with the organizing committees of the districts and cities to complete the handover of documents and the list of Party members.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, the grassroots Party Committees and the urban districts in carrying out the handover procedures in accordance with the process and regulations. He requested the Party Committee of the Bloc and the urban districts to continue to closely coordinate to promptly hand over the party organizations under the project to the urban districts, helping the grassroots party organizations to stabilize soon, improve their operational efficiency, and better carry out the current party building work.
