In particular, the opening night of Sa Pa Culture-Tourism Week 2015, taking place on the evening of April 30, will see locals and tourists enjoy a fireworks display on the banks of Xuan Vien Lake, in the center of Sa Pa town, and a program recreating traditional folk cultural activities of ethnic minorities called “Fellowship Night”.
