(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the plan to survey the implementation of some recommendations after the supervision and survey of the Legal Committee in 2012, on the afternoon of June 26, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council organized a survey at the Department of Information and Communications.
Working scene
According to the recommendations and proposals of the Legal Department during the monitoring of the implementation of the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms at the end of 2012, the Department of Information and Communications requested 3 tasks. That is, to organize the establishment of a department to receive and return results according to the "one-stop" mechanism at the Department's office; to focus on processing software in the "one-stop" interconnected activities to ensure that the units implementing the interconnection have easy and stable access; to research and advise the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council on policies to support the construction of facilities, IT software, service quality management according to ISO 9001:2008 standards... at the department to receive and return results according to the "one-stop" mechanism throughout the province.
Up to now, the Department of Information and Communications has established a department to receive and return results according to the "one-stop" mechanism at the Department with 100% of public services performed at the "one-stop". The Department has also coordinated to build a model of applying open source "one-stop" software to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval, on that basis, implementing a pilot application of electronic "one-stop" software at "one-stop" of some departments and branches to replicate throughout the province. This will be a major step when it is widely applied at all "one-stop", interconnected "one-stop", because electronic "one-stop" software is understood as an application of information technology to computerize transactions between organizations, individuals with state administrative agencies, between state administrative agencies, contributing to enhancing capacity, service efficiency, towards publicity, transparency, simplicity, clarity and legality in handling administrative procedures in all fields and jobs.
Comrade Phan Nguyen Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications reported to the survey delegation of the Provincial People's Council.
Concluding the survey, the Legal Department suggested that the Department of Information and Communications continue to pay attention to researching and advising the province to apply information technology to the activities of state agencies at all levels to ensure more effective and quality operations, especially in administrative procedure reform.
