The Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council reviews the contents before the session.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 14th, in preparation for the 2nd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, the Legal Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review and agree on several issues. Comrade Phan Duc Dong – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, and Head of the Committee – chaired the meeting.
Also attending were: Ms. Cao Thi Hien – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Hoang Viet Duong – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of leaders of departments and agencies; leaders of specialized committees of the Provincial People's Council and members of the Legal Affairs Committee.

At the meeting, delegates listened to and commented on the draft Resolution on handling the results of the review of legal documents issued by the Nghe An Provincial People's Council from December 31, 2015 onwards that are still in effect; in which 90 resolutions (including partially expired resolutions) will be retained for continued uniform implementation throughout the province; 40 resolutions will be completely expired, 9 resolutions will be partially expired; and 28 resolutions need to be amended, supplemented, or replaced.
The delegates also listened to and commented on the draft Resolution on the allowance level for officials and civil servants working in the one-stop and integrated one-stop service departments in Nghe An province; and the report of the Provincial People's Committee on administrative reform work in the first six months of 2016 and tasks for the last six months of 2016.

After listening to the contributions of the delegates attending the meeting, Comrade Phan Duc Dong – Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council – accepted the opinions and requested the Provincial People's Committee, together with the Department of Justice and the Legal Affairs Committee, to re-evaluate the contents and specifically categorize the Resolution on handling the results of the review of legal normative documents issued by the Nghe An Provincial People's Council from December 31, 2015 onwards that are still in effect. It is necessary to clarify the types of Resolutions; the document structure must be logical; and there must be a roadmap for amending the Resolutions annually. Regarding the draft Resolution on allowances for officials and civil servants working in the one-stop and integrated one-stop service departments in the province, Mr. Phan Duc Dong emphasized that this draft resolution aims to replace Resolution No. 118 dated December 13, 2013 of the Provincial People's Council, thereby amending and supplementing the basis for issuing the replacement document; amending some contents of the Resolution to conform with new regulations and adding the beneficiaries of the support scheme to be civil servants of public service units that have one-stop service departments as prescribed.

The comrade requested that the relevant agencies review the number of people who need to participate in the province's one-stop mechanism, and based on that, the Department of Finance will calculate and estimate the appropriate budget.
