3. Job description:

- Carry out procedures related to project management from investment preparation, bidding, contract signing to project commencement.

- Perform operations on quality management, progress, labor safety, environmental sanitation; appraise the approval of contractor selection, outline and estimate, request documents, bidding documents, contractor selection results, design, and estimate.

- Perform project management and implementation tasks; procedures related to contract management from project implementation to project completion.

4. Requirements:

- Qualification: University degree or higher, majors: Traffic construction engineering; Hydraulic construction engineering; Infrastructure construction engineering; Construction engineering; Construction management; Construction economics and other suitable majors.

- Priority is given to candidates with capacity and experience, who have participated in design, cost estimation; construction, supervision; and management of large-scale projects with high technical requirements.
