Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulates Buddha's Birthday 2020

Congratulating monks, nuns and Buddhists on the occasion of Buddha's Birthday, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged the results of the Church in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws as well as local regulations related to religious activities.

Promoting the tradition of accompanying the nation, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Nghe An province has promoted and mobilized monks, nuns, and Buddhists to contribute and help those in difficult circumstances, contributing to ensuring social security in the province.

In particular, in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, the Church and Buddhist followers have actively responded to and complied with policies on social isolation, social distancing, epidemic prevention and control measures as well as contributed resources to the work of epidemic prevention and control.
