Standing Committee of Que Phong District Party Committee dialogues with grassroots Party cell secretaries

(Baonghean.vn)- Today, September 26, the Que Phong District Party Committee organized a direct dialogue meeting between Party cell secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and towns with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and functional departments, agencies and branches of Que Phong District.Attending the event was a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, led by Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Committee.

At the Dialogue Conference, delegates listened to reports on the socio-economic situation, National Defense - Security and Party building work in the first 9 months of 2012, reports on recommendations and proposals sent to the Conference by Party cell secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and towns. Next, delegates discussed and had direct dialogues on the areas of leadership and direction in implementing socio-economic development tasks; National Defense - Security; Party building work... In particular, the issues of concern were the results of implementing Resolution 30a of the Government; Program 135 in the past time; support for infrastructure construction (transportation, irrigation, school and station construction...); the issue of land allocation for people; continued support for investment in building facilities, teaching and learning equipment for schools and medical stations; responsibilities of organizations and individuals in granting mineral exploitation licenses in the area; settlement of one-time benefits and retirement for commune-level officials who retire at the retirement market; recruiting children of ethnic minorities and local people who have graduated from universities and colleges but are still unemployed; planning, training, fostering and arranging, and using cadres; salaries and allowances for cadres of the Party Committee Office, Party Committee Inspection Committee, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization cadres of communes and towns; handling cases of traffic safety violations and violations of social order and safety in the area; New rural construction program in the coming time...

The opinions, recommendations and proposals sent directly and indirectly to the dialogue conference were answered and clearly explained by the Party Committee and functional departments and branches of Que Phong district; some opinions, recommendations and proposals from the grassroots exceeded the district's authority to resolve and were sent by the district to the youth level for consideration.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 25 Party cell secretaries of communes and towns "who have excellent achievements in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks of the Party cell in the past time"./.
