The notice clearly stated that the organization of trade union congresses at all levels towards the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028, is an important political event, a meaningful forum for the working class and trade union organizations.

To successfully organize trade union congresses at all levels, towards the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees and organizations to focus on directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing specific tasks well.

Accordingly, the grassroots level must complete the congress before May 31, 2023 (trade unions at the direct superior level with 200 or more grassroots trade unions are allowed to hold the congress earlier, starting from December 2022); the direct superior level must complete before July 31, 2023. The 19th Nghe An Trade Union Congress must be completed before October 31, 2023.
